MidwayUSA’s Clearance Program

Our Buyers work hard every day to negotiate special deals and order regular and seasonal merchandise. Since Customer Satisfaction is our #1 Goal, ordering ‘plenty’, is one of our strategies. However, sometimes Customer demand is less than expected, a supplier discontinues a product or we reach the end of our selling season. In any case, another of our strategies is to liquidate unnecessary inventory in order to minimize our costs and continue to bring you great prices.

Here’s how our Clearance Program works:

  1. 1.   Every Tuesday, we review our inventory for excess, discontinued and out of season merchandise.
  2. 2.   New Products are selected for Clearance and their prices are marked down for the first time.
  3. 3.   Holdover products from the previous week continue through our progressive Markdown Schedule.
  4. 4.   Only the amount of merchandise we consider unnecessary is available at clearance prices. Once we sell       down to our desired level of inventory, the product immediately reverts to its ‘regular’ price (we don’t wait       for Tuesday to do this, it happens immediately).
  5. 5.   You can only buy the amount of inventory we show "available at this price" even if we have more in stock.       If you want more than that, we kindly ask you to place a separate order at the ‘regular’ price.

Remember, Tuesday is Markdown Day so check for new Clearance products and additional reductions on holdovers. But, don’t wait too long. Everything is first come – first served. Buy now, before they're gone!
