When will my order ship? Will I be notified?

99% of all orders ship the same day if placed by:

• 6:00 p.m. CT, Mon-Fri for UPS Ground, Basic & 2nd Day
• 5:00 p.m. CT, Mon-Fri for UPS Next Day & HazMat
• 11:30 a.m. CT, Mon-Fri for USPS
• 6:30 p.m. CT, Sun-Fri for Pickup

You will be notified when your order ships. We send a shipping confirmation to your email account as soon as your package(s) has/have left our warehouse.

NOTE: Shipping confirmations are always sent unless you specifically request otherwise. You can request that they not be sent by accessing the Your Account page, clicking on the Go to Email, Password & Birthday link, and editing your email preferences for the corresponding email address you want to change.
