Customer Service Representative

MidwayUSA, a leading internet and catalog retailer of shooting and hunting products, has exciting Customer Service Representative positions available. Our Customer Service Representatives work in our Inbound Contact Center and assist Customers with a variety of Customer service issues. If you are able to multi-task, have a desire to help others, and a willingness to learn, we have an outstanding opportunity for you. The ideal candidate will have previous Customer service experience, a flexible schedule, knowledge of computers, and will be able to sit for extended periods of time. Shooting and hunting knowledge is a plus!

Weekday working shifts are flexible schedules between 8am to 8pm and Saturday from 9am to 5:30pm. Closed Sunday.
