	Definition for "+P+" : A symbol indicating a cartridge that has been loaded to an extremely high pressure above that of a standard factory cartridge loaded to SAAMI specifications. This symbol is often stamped on the head of the case. Manufacturers recommend that this ammunition only be fired in well-maintained firearms specifically designed for the higher pressure load.
