Product Information

Pachmayr offers a custom line of high quality leather slip-on pads. The leather pads feature a hidden Velcro strap which tightens the pad around the buttstock for simple installation without any permanent modifications. To soften the recoil each pad has a special insert of Pachmayr's Decelerator "Ultrasoft" rubber. Each pad will increase the length-of-pull by approximately 3/4".

Dimensions:

Small: 5" Tall, 1.5" Wide

Medium: 5.125" Tall, 1.625" Wide

Large: 5.375" Tall, 1.75" Wide

I use this on several rifles because the Velcro fastener affords a tight fit on all of my rifles. The pad provides excellent recoil abatement and the back of the pad provides tackiness so that it is easy to positively shoulder a rifle. I plan to purchase several more.

This slip-on Recoil Pad is constructed of heavy leather will last a long time, with a recoil absorbing material built into the pad. Perhaps most important of all is the heavy duty Velcro closure which holds the pad firmly in place (something that other slip-on pads don't do) so that is in the same location on the gun, shot after shot.

No more black and blue arms from recoil on steel butplate on military rifle and it can be moved fast from one rifle to another it works great.

A high quality leather product that fits my older Marlin 1894 like a glove. Make sure you measure your butt stock before you buy and order towards the small side even if your stock measurements slightly exceed the product specifications because the Velcro closure does allow for some leeway.

The best looking slip on pad I've ever had. Soaks up the recoil on my SxS 12 gauge and on my steel butt plate mil-surp rifles. Can move from one gun to another with ease unlike the pure rubber recoil pads.
