The Tapco Intrafuse handguard improves the look and feel of the firearm. Three removable picatinny rails provide solid mounting positions for vertical grips, flashlights, and other accessories. Constructed of high strength polymer and includes all necessary hardware for installation. Fits all Saiga rifles and all shotguns except for the .410 bore.

I wish it was beefier, thicker. With a foregrip it can twist a little. The OEM is thick because the barrel is free-floating. Not so Tapco's which I think is designed to rely ...Read complete review

I wish it was beefier, thicker. With a foregrip it can twist a little. The OEM is thick because the barrel is free-floating. Not so Tapco's which I think is designed to rely on the adaptor attached to the front. I'm keeping my OEM in case I decide to switch back.

Excellent lightweight ...

Excellent lightweight handguard, very strong composite, only downside is scews are about 1mm too short. They do not go flush with bottom of the nut. They are just long enough to go 2/3 of the way through, not what I would consider secure for the 5000 round torture test but I will post again if they prove either test worthy or not. Not something that any average ioe should have to worry about.

I had to use a dead blow ...

I had to use a dead blow to get it on and it is well worth it. You get to decide how to set it up with or without rails or the sling stud. It really completes the look with the Intrafuse T6 stock set.

Great product. Installed on my Saiga. Installation was very quick. It's very solid. I have a vertical grip attached and has withstood everything I've required of it.

Well made for the $, but ...

Well made for the $, but because the bottom rail is short the Sig Sauer grip/light/laser I use with the saiga 12 fits and looks good but you can Not use the 10 round mags with this set up because I have a large grip/light combo and not enough clearance. so if you use a small grip or none at all this is a great set up for the saiga 12.(the rifle calibers have a smaller mag so they might have more clearance)
