This barrel tool holds AR-15 receivers from the inside and allows for turning or threading of the end of the barrel in a lathe without removing the receiver, gas tube, handguard or sight base. The tool extends out the rear of the receiver and can be used on a lathe chuck, vise or even held with a 5/8" wrench.

  • Can accept up to three times the recommended barrel nut torque without receiver distortion
