I got this grip in hopes to control recoil and target acqusition on my 2" barrelled Taurus 327 magnum. I spent a few minutes reading the enclosed directions and installed the grips with no problems. These grips fit like a glove and give the Taurus a bigger surface area to hold onto. I can get a full 3 finger grip on this pistol now. Recoil is better managed and so is target acquistion. I've used Hogue grips in the past and never had a problem, looks like these are here to stay! Thanks, Midway for your usual great serrvice!

Nice grip, but does not ...

Nice grip, but does not fit the Model 94 .22 revolver well. When installed, the round hole on the left side of the frame near the grip is partially exposed, allowing debris to enter. Not a MidwayUSA issue, its a Hogue issue. I purchased this grip hoping it would be comfortable as most Hogue grips are and would be slightly larger than the factory grip. It is in fact small than the grip on the 94. Great product for the model 85 and similar Im sure.

I purchased this for the Taurus 651. The finger groves are somewhat deeper than the factory grips. Also, the factory grips are somewhat thicker.

These grips look and feel ...

These grips look and feel great on my 651. Getting the installation screw lined up and threaded just right was a little tricky but only took 5 minutes total. I don't know if they truly are, but these grips feel shorter from front to back than the factory grips which makes the length of pull more comfortable for me. .38 sp are significantly easier to shoot now but .357 mags are still pretty stiff. I would still recommend these grip to anyone.

I would have to echo everything Clint stated in his 7/30/2009 rating. These grips are a little tricky to get on there, but once they're on, they look and feel great! Mine are on an older Model 85 and they have much improved the shoot-ability of the the revolver. They aid in concealability as well. I've gone thru three sets of grips on this gun and I like these the best so far. Give them a try. I wasn't disappointed.
