The Thermacell Outdoor Lantern is just what you need to create a mosquito-free zone, whether you are camping or gathering on the back porch. This lantern runs on a butane cartridge that heats a mat soaked with an insecticide. The heat releases fumes which repel mosquitoes, no-see-ums and black flies, creating a 15' x 15' bug free zone. This unit also features 8 LED lights, which run on 4 AA batteries (not included). The 2 illumination settings help keep your campsite or back porch lit. The lantern also has a handle, making it easy to carry or hang, and weighs only 13 ounces.
