The hooks are very nice quality. The finish is a tough baked on semigloss black finish. The slide strap keepers are black plastic. Nice hardware for making your own personalized carry strap or sling.

These allowed me to place quick disconnect points on my sling. The hooks are of okay quality. Please note that the slip locks are plastic so I used some metal ones I already had.

These hooks are higher quality than other similar hooks I've seen included with slings. These work great for attaching a single-point sling to a hook-type sling mount, and for adapting a typical western 2-point sling to work with an AKM that is intended for a hook mount at the front and a loop mount at the rear.
