Pros: good introductory ...

Pros: good introductory lesson into general form, fit and maintenance of the AR platform. Contains bonus feature on competitive shooting and equipment.Cons: not more specific as to ALL parts of the platform - teardown only consisted of that needed to clean the weapon. The rifle used is an A2 configuration NM ArmaLite AR that has none of the specialty pieces most rifles have today. If you're looking for something to guide you on gunsmithing this platform, then this is not the video for you. Video has 56min of AR specific content with 53min on competion shooting.
