Bore stay locks into your barrel for stability and will not pull out when you push and pull the cleaning rod. The O-ring keeps any solvent from leaking into the receiver while the solvent hole allows you to add solvent without having to pull the brush completely out. The extension holds the guide securely while cleaning.
