The Gradient Lens Hawkeye Slim Precision Focusing Borescopes have set the standard in inspection tools to get an ultra-close-up view of the interior bore of a barrel, reloading die or a cartridge case. Standard features of the economical Limited Edition are a 17" precision stainless steel optical tube with advanced fiber optics, 25x magnification, high intensity (H.I.) light source with batteries, 90-degree direction-of-view mirror tube, which allows the user a full 360-degree view of the bores interior. Accommodates 17 caliber and larger without the 90 degree view mirror tube, 22 caliber and larger with the 90 degree mirror tube. Optional accessories are the 90 Degree Eyepiece, ideal when you can not get close to the eyepiece such as looking over the comb of a stock and the rechargeable Nova light source which is 8 times brighter than the standard H.I. light source.

    Note:

  • A microscope for looking inside of the barrel of a rifle, shotgun or handgun.
  • Focus is pre-set for 22 to 30 caliber bores but can be changed by disassembling the eyepiece.
  • This borescope has a storage box and pre-set focusing. The Deluxe 303-817 has focusing that is easier to adjust for very large bores.
