Awesome product. I've had ...

Awesome product. I've had mine for over a year. Have shot it with everything from 22lr to .223 rem to 45 ACP. Rolls around when hit, which makes plinking a lot of fun. Will catch and hold some of the 22lr projectiles depending on the angle. Does not seem to affect performance. Thick enough to last for thousands of rounds. I plan on buying another one.

These little 5" target ...

These little 5" target balls are the most fun, I have had shooting in years. A friend of mine and me burned through 2500 rounds of 22 long rifles in an hour and a half. We would shoot the ball off hand until it was a hundred yards away or so, then from a rest we would keep it rolling until it was nearly out of sight, then go get it and do it again and again. We did all this shooting with 10/22's. If I were CCI, I would give one of these target balls away with every case of bullets. All I can say is, if you take one of these target balls out plinking, take plenty of bullets. They should call these little balls " Bullet Burners". My ball has been hit at least five hundred times; the hits just make a little grey spots. Zero damage to the ball. Now, I want all of the other Do-All ground targets. I give this item a solid A++ on the fun factor scale. These things are a hoot. Thanks, Sparky

Read the instructions! I ...

Read the instructions! I didn't. Bought it, shot at it, messed it up. I used my 22LR rifle at 100 yds. I thought I would start out easy with the 22 before subjecting it to any high power rifle loads. That was the wrong choice. The instructions say to use jacketed ammunition and they know what they are talking about. The 22 slugs did not pass through the polymer. They ended up staying imbedded in the ball. The bare lead left dirty black streaks all over the orange ball that will not wash off. The imbedded 22 slugs make the ball look worse than a teenager with bad acne. I have dug out as many slugs as I could but from now on its FMJ High power loads for this tough little toy.
