The target system is great. I have shot an array of different guns at this target. It has held strong to the test. My son and I play a game to see who can get their target over to the other side the fastest. The set up for the system is too easy to do. Try this target and you will not be let down.

Does not hold up to the rifle bullets very well. The VMAX bullets out of an AR-15 over 100 yds. away cracked welds that hold target face to tensioner. The targets shattered in winter use. The company replaced for free but the welds broke first time using it. I took it apart, welded it. It is better and it held up to .223. I tried 150 gr. SST's and bent rod holding all targets. I would buy for pistols not for rifle.

Unfortunately, this targets quality didn't live up to expectations. While advertised to withstand a 30-.06 (@ minimum distance of 200 yards), after the first day on the range, shooting Federal 9mm, I had three of the targets fail. One target sheered right off, the second has cracks in the vertical attachment point and the third has broken welds. It should also be noted that the target is rated for soft nose lead bullets only at a minimum distance of 30 yards for pistols and 100 to 200 yards for rifles. The small size of the targets along with the 30 yard pistol minimum distance makes this almost unusable at specified distances.

Not what I had expected. The function required a lot adjustment before the back and forth movement failed. The one good thing I can say is the target material did not dent or crater with 30-06 at 60yards. I have taken it apart and made a very nice target set up from its stout target metal.

I shot one of these with a buddy of mine up in his property with a range of ammo, .223, .303b, and even 30-06 and 8mm Mauser. The targets held up for a bit under the smaller .223 but under the rifle rounds of 303b to Mauser they bent badly, dented and one stray round from 303 that hit the center stand messed it up pretty bad. For the price I wouldnt even bother with one of these.

Most disappointing. Though claimed to withstand impacts from a 30-06 at 100-yds, plates and arms shattered at a full 200-yds when hit with 30-06 150-gr. SPs.

Very disappointed in the ...

Very disappointed in the workmanship of this target. Four of the set screws that adjust the tension for the targets were stripped on delivery. The target disintegrated after several shots from .308 at 100 yards. Not worth the money.

Product is smaller than ...

Product is smaller than expected. Lowest target is too close to the ground and target tension is not easily set. Target is made of high quality steel but the rod holding the target is made with weak iron material. Recommended minimum shooting distance is 25 yards but target is 3.5" diameter. I am just not that good a pistol shooter to hit 3.5" target at that distance readily. Set it at 10 yards, shot a few rounds of .45 and target moved out of position because of poorly designed stand. After just a few intervals of shooting, found that target is fine but bent the rod that is holding it.

Friend and I bought this and the rimfire version. Neither would reliably 'spin' the targets when hit solidly, this one with 9mm and the other with 22lr. On top of that, I shot this one ONE TIME with my 44 mag and broke the target face right off the arm. ONE SHOT. How on earth would it hold up to a 30-06?!!!
