I purchased a Kimber 3 inch/ Officer size/ Ultra Carry II for off-duty carry about 2 months ago. I recently realized the SEAR was broken (most likely from the factory) even though the gun functioned normal. The NIGHTHAWK sear proved to be a great direct-replacement without the need for fitting, grinding, or polishing. The SEAR worked great (no change in trigger pull) and I feel more confident/ secure with a NIGHTHAWK part inside. GRADE A+++ PART. Much better quality that the Kimber SEAR.

Put this in my new SA 1911-A1 Mil-Spec. Did some light stoning on my Ed Brown jig (not that it needed it, just as a matter of course) and it feels like glass on glass till it snaps.

Bought this for my Kimber. This comes already filed to the perfect angle and polished in just the right spots. The single biggest improvement to my trigger pull by far. I could not be happier.
