Nice jag, as stated it holds more patch material than other products. My only complaints are:It is strongly discolored by Montana X-treme's own solvents, and it holds the patch so tightly it does not come of when you push it against the end of the muzzle, instead, it comes all the way back through the the barrel! No big deal, I just pluck off the patch at the end of the barrel. Check out Montana X-treme's solvents, and their handy pipetes, they're very potent solvents and I highly recommend them, great company's, Montana X-treme and Midway USA, keep up the good work!

Great jag for that little .17 caliber hole. I can use more patching material on the jag as compared to Tipton's jag, allowing me to clean the bore more quickly.I tried to grind the Tipton jag down to allow using a bigger patch. Then the patch slipped past the shoulder of the jag and didn't clean.I'm going to order one for my .22 caliber rifles as well, to see if I can use bigger patches. Tipton jags work great for my larger calibers in handgun and rifle.
