I only gave this butt ...

I only gave this butt stock 4 stars because of the poor fit.The threads came out with the screws on the grip cap, the grip cap is larger and overhangs the stock in front and the stock is higher than the receiver in the rear.That being said, this is the best butt stock I've tried on the Encore. It is light and comfortable with a very noticeable reduction in felt recoil.I would recommend this stock to any Encore shooter.

Grip might be too narrow ...

Grip might be too narrow for big hands. Not as many seam lines as on the thumbhole version. Help ALOT when shooting big calibers.

I think TC has another ...

I think TC has another winner with the recent introduction of the Pro- Hunter Encore Flex-Tech Stock. As usual, the quality is excellent and the fit was perfect. I placed the buttstock on my TC Encore 375 H&H Mag and it made the recoil manageable. Another great product from Thompson Center, a great design.

I received this butt ...

I received this butt stock yesterday. It was well packed but... the first thing I see is a scrape on the right side of the stock. I removed the butt cap to get to the Allen bolt that mounts the butt stock to the action and the threads came out with one of the butt cap screws. VERY POOR quality control. I'll send this one back for replacement. After I receive the replacement I'll post another review to let potential buyers know the results.
