RCBS was founded over 60 years ago and has been producing innovative, high-quality reloading equipment ever since. The Universal Case Prep Center is no different; taking two of the most popular case preparation tools on the market and making them into one space saving unit. The Universal Case Prep Center allows volume reloaders to quickly trim and prep enormous volumes of cases quickly and effortlessly. The 24-VDC motor provides up to 360 RPM and 9 inch-pounds of torque. Reloaders can harness all of the power and adjust it to their specifications by adjusting the units output shaft RPM's. This unit features the spring-loaded feed system for hands-free trimming where a single lever loads and unloads cases then disengages them from the cutter. The Universal Case Prep Center will work for either right or left handed reloaders, work for cartridges with case heads from .250 to .625" and overall lengths from .720' to 3.375". There is a micrometer adjustment for fast, precise cuts and the shellholder assembly makes adjusting the trim length quick and easy. There are six stations available for case preparation, four turning at 360 RPM and two turning faster at 550 RPM. This unit ships with large and small primer pocket brushes, chamfer and deburring tools, alignment gauge and 22, 24, 25, 27, 28, 30, 35, 44 and 45 caliber pilots. Reloaders can add a number of other accessories (sold separately) to the unit to form other case preparation functions like removing military crimps from brass, uniforming primer pockets, cleaning case necks and deburring flash holes.
