The Gatco Edgemate Carbide Knife Sharpener is engineered to quickly and safely restore damaged, rolled, and just plain dull cutting edges. The 6061-T2 aluminum handle is knurled for a sure grip and is hardcoat anodized for corrosion resistance. The twin Tungsten Carbide bits are pre-set at 25 degrees and will restore a cutting edge in short order. The flat bottom allows users to place the Edgemate Carbide Sharpener on any flat surface and simply pull the blade through the carbide bits-simple and effective.
