I was not satisfied with this product due to the fact that the lead tips are not very uniform at all, they varied in weight up to .5gr. the cannelure is positioned too close to the tip of the cartridge and caused about every third bullet to slip down into the casing when I was reloading. As far as accuracy they seemed to shoot alright but I will not buy them again.

These bullets leave much to be desired. Reloading them was problematic due to the cannelure being too high on the bullet and causing slippage into the case before they could be crimped, and several off the tips broke off without any rough handling. The accuracy was ok, but not outstanding by any means. DO NOT BUY.

I purchased these because ...

I purchased these because the 55 grain Remington PSP was out of stock. I am very happy with them they load fine and are resonably priced for plinkers, varmint, and hog hunting. The only drawback is with all bagged bullets you get some tip damage in the bags.

I tried a lot of "name" ...

I tried a lot of "name" brand bullets in various weights, nothing beats these with H335 behind them in my 20" heavy barreled 5.56 AR. 1:8 twist. At 100 yards, best group was .238" for 5 shots, average is .245". At 275 yards they made a group that was easily cover by a quarter. I lightly crimp them. No issues. Don't argue with results.

Plenty accurate for ...

Plenty accurate for casual plinking out to ~100 yards. I had to crimp them very heavily for us in my AR15 though, to keep them from catching (even with m4 feed ramps) and won't buy them again for that reason.

From a bulk purchase I ...

From a bulk purchase I found these are the least accurate in my custom 22-250 for a 55 behind any powder and primer combo - about 1.5 MOA out to 300 yards. Found more than 15 per 100 with different ogive so they seated at different depths (easy to see because of cannelure position above case mouth. Weight differentials run +/- 0.6 grains. Both flaws will run pressures erratically. Overall they are cheap. So a 3. Load them but be careful!

I tried TNT's, Hornady ...

I tried TNT's, Hornady V-max, and a couple of other 'name brand' bullets, nothing came close to the performance I got with these 'bulk' bullets. Shooting from a 20", 1:8 twist stainless heavy barrel AR, I get 5 rounds touching everytime. Shoots' sub MOA at 200, farthest I've shot.

These bullets are consistent performers. They shoot so well in my varmint rifle that I decided to standardize all my .223 loads to shoot this bullet. It is a winner. Accurate and explosive.
