An oval-shaped sheet of Sorbothane laminated with a revolutionary micro cellular urethane cover. When applied to your gun's comb, this pad virtually eliminates recoil shock to the cheek. Pads are 5" x 6" with a peel-and-stick backing.

I failed to mention that ...

I failed to mention that I did not install mine the way the picture is showing. It looks in the picture that they installed it with the widest part at the top and over the top and then the smaller taper down the stock. I placed mine long wise down the length of the stock and rolled it evenly down both sides. Looks more professional IMO.

I have the 1/4" pad on my ...

I have the 1/4" pad on my Browning A-Bolt 300 WSM and on my Browning A-Bolt 12ga slug gun. EXCELLENT addition is all I can Say. The one is going on 4 hard seasons and not so much as a flake out of it and the glue holds hard to the stock if properly cleaned. I have removed the one on my slug gun and reinstalled it farther forward and it came off nice and stuck back down good too. Make sure you get these far enough forward the first time or risk trying to move it. Easy to install and comfortable to shoot with. Provided the needed eye alignment for my application.

Came off the next day, glue came off the rubber pad. The glue stuck real good to my stock. It was a mess to clean.

Installed on a TC ...

Installed on a TC synthetic stock after carefully cleaning the stock for good adhesion. The pad seemed fine at first but then started to come loose along the edges. I have Kick-Ezz pads on many of my rifles & love them but I cannot recommend this check pad. Perhaps the thickness of this pad has something to do with it?

The durability of this ...

The durability of this product is poor. It tears easily and the face contact surface of the pad is not as durable as is needed. The surface is easily removed when the cheapest masking tape has been applied and then removed.

I used this on my turkey ...

I used this on my turkey gun as getting my face beat up by 3.5" shells was bad news for the home team. I'm always trying out new loads from a bench and I hunt with the gun alot and it does amount to a significant reduction in felt recoil to my cheek bone with the heavy loads. It also rises my face a bit, which makes getting on the fiber optic sights a little trickier, but certainly workable.

Works great. Like resting your cheek on a pillow. The 1/4" is quite large, May make the gun shoot slightly higher. I will try a smaller size as well.
