I put this on a ss, AR ...

I put this on a ss, AR Stoner, 20" ss barrel. Fits very well, matches the barrel, and looks cool. Does a nice job of keeping this AR on target. Does not come with a crush washer -- I guess because it does not need to be indexed. I decided to thread it on with just a drop of blue loctite and no washer.

Did not like the design ...

Did not like the design of the break. The bore is aprox 1/2". I exchanged it for a JP enterprise break that fit the contour of my barrel and it also had an exit hole appropriate for a .22 cal rifle, unlike the AR-Stoner. FYI, the OD of the AR-Stoner break is for a bull barrel.

When I was looking for a ...

When I was looking for a compensator for my AR-15, I wanted one that would match the stainless steel Stoner barrel. I bought this muzzle brake and it considerably lessens the recoil. I'm able to keep my sights on target after every round fired and it adds a nice aesthetic to my rifle.
