Product Information

MatchKing rifle bullets are super-accurate bullets with very thin jackets and are held to exacting tolerances in diameter and weight. Their accuracy has been acclaimed worldwide and they have been used to win more target competitions than all target bullets from other manufacturers combined. Weight retention is held to within +/- 0.3 grain. Each bullet is a hollow point and is designed with a very small meplat in order to achieve the highest ballistic coefficient possible. This is not loaded ammunition.

Sierra has a reputation ...

Sierra has a reputation in the target shooting world that is unmatched, So when I started shooting Palma, it was the obvioius choice. The Moly coating is high quality, and their is very little variation from bullet to bullet. Long range accuracy is unbelievabe, and with the right load, and gun, Makes it a excellent 1000 yard choice. I also like the fact that Sierra is such a big supporter of the shooting sports, and would recommend them to anyone.

A super accurate bullet ...

A super accurate bullet in my new Win. .308 Coyote off a bench! V.V. N-140 with a Fed. 210 primer and the bullet seated to .085 off, it'll put'em all in darn near one hole, if I can hold that steady and not move my hold with a 20X scope. But hunt with Game Kings! Sierra bullets have always shot very accurately for me!

I use them a lot in my 03's, 03A3's, Garands, M1A's & AR-10's with predictable excellent results. I think the extra 5 grains give them better performance than the 150 gr. MKHP at 1000 yards.

This bullet has become the 'standard' for 1000 yd and Palma rifle shooting not only in the USA but the UK Commonwealth as well. Excellent performance when loaded with precision technique for a rifle capable of long range MOA accuracy.

These are the ultimate ...

These are the ultimate long range .308 target bullet. From my 30/40 Krag with 30" barrel, it is capable of X-ring accuracy at 600yards. It remains supersonic at 900 yards. From my stock Vanguard .308 Varmint, these bullets group sub MOA consistently. Do not use them on game. The 150 Prohunter hits in the same place and is almost as accurate.

The Sierra 155 grain MK ...

The Sierra 155 grain MK Palma is the versatile match bullet. It is good for short range, long range, Military Rifle, High Power Rifle and Bench rest. This one does it all with sub MOA groups. It has less recoil than the 168 and 175 grain bullets and bucks the wind as well as the 175s at 600 yds. Go to the winners in the competition line and if they are shooting 30 caliber, odds are it is the 155 Palma they are shooting.

Bought these for a ...

Bought these for a practice bullet out of my Ruger 77 RSI in 308. Using AA-2230, I can consistently get .5-.8" groups at 100 yards. For the price, it's really impossible to beat. I always bring this rifle/load combo with me to the range when I'm shooting other rifles. I can always use it as a baseline to see if I'm having a bad day.
