Sierra MatchKing bullets have very thin jackets and are held to exacting tolerances in diameter and weight. These Hollow Point Boat Tail bullets have a small meplat to produce a higher ballistic coefficient. Their accuracy has been acclaimed worldwide and they have been used to win more target competitions than all target bullets from other manufacturers combined. The 30 Caliber 200 Grain MatchKing is an excellent choice for longe range shooting around 1000 yards. This is not loaded ammunition.

I load the 200gr ...

I load the 200gr matchking ahead of 74.5 gr. of rl22 and a cci l/rifle mag primer.2960fps 10' from muzzle in my Remington model 700 300 win mag. 26"bbl.groups inside 1" at 300 yds routinely. will penetrate thru a 1/2" thick plate of steel at 300yds with the 200gr gameking.

I tried these out in my ...

I tried these out in my 110FP 30-06 and with load development I got just shy of 1/2" groups at 100 yards. The 200gr will have almost twice the energy at 1000 yards as the 168gr MatchKings will. The heavier bullet also cuts about 5' of elevation making it even easier to shoot longer range. The best part is once I get used to how this handles, I can swap out for the 200gr game kings for hunting and I'll already be familiar with its similar ballistics. This is a great product, and I will buy more.

This bullet is great I shoot it in my 300 RUM custom Remington. They shoot three quarters of an inch at six hundred yards great bullet keep it up Sierra.

I load the 200 gr ...

I load the 200 gr MatchKing in 30-06 with IMR4350 to 2600fps.I shoot this load in a 1903A1 Springfield Rifle with bedded military stock.It shoots into 1/2 inch at 100 yards and is a (if I do my part) 3 inch at 500 yard load.

I use these in a 308 LTR ...

I use these in a 308 LTR 20" BARREL in Lapua brass and RL15 for 2480-2500 fps depending on temps..works easy to 1k and groups are good.I have also used these in a 300 wm with same results.Drop a 200 gr GameKing on top of your 200 gr MatchKing load and the dope will be within less than 1/2MOA, less come ups for hunting.

The 200 Grain SMK's shot ...

The 200 Grain SMK's shot from a 10 twist 18" Shilen barrel with 42 grains of Reloder 15 enabled me to shoot "TOP GUN" at the 2008 Quantico modified F-Class in 308.They are very predictable at 1,000 yards and beat other wildcats regularly! Highly recommend pointing the bullets also.
