This grip plug fills the grip frame cavity and slightly extends over the rear of the grip frame for an improved grip. Utilizing a grip plug eliminates debris from entering the cavity at the bottom of the Glock grip. Fit may vary between models.

I've bought 3 of these for my Glock 20 SF. The ones that I received don't have the ball that is supposed to snap into the frame of the weapon (left side of picture) and when I go to the range they disappear and I can't find them. I'm disappointed with the product. I have other Glocks that I have the grip plugs for and have not had a problem.

Bought this for my G20SF. Product works great. I have these for nearly all of the six or so Glock models that I own. Be aware that the ones for the short frame models such as this do not fit as securely as do the others. This is not a Pearce thing ... it's a Glock thing. There just simply isn't enough polymer surrounding the grip channel of the shorter frames to keep the plug firmly in place. I carry, train with, and compete with my SF Glocks, and have never had a plug fall out, but have often thought about a touch of Loctite or glue to hold them in place, as you can pop them right out with your thumb.
