Product Information

The new A-5 stock combines all the most requested features of the entire A-series into one professional tactical rifle stock. The A-5 uses a beavertail forearm that is wider and flatter than the other A-series stocks, and the action and barrel sit lower for enhanced stability. The A-5 uses the trim A-3 pistol grip, and the dual purpose butt hook is shallower and longer than the A-4, making it fully functional for either sandbag use or controlling the rifle with the non-trigger hand. Semi-inletted stock is for right hand only and must be fitted to specific action. Fits varmint barrel contours. Inclues pre-installed recoil pad and sling studs.

Material: Multi-layer fiberglass cloth laminated with epoxy resin. Receiver area is filled with solid fiberglass, forend is filled with epoxy and glass beads. Butt portion is filled with urethane foam.

Work Needed:
  • Action may be bedded to stock, but acceptable accuracy is possible without bedding. The manufacturer recommends a free-floating barrel. Barrel channel is made with .050" clearance so the barrel should remain free-floating after action is installed in the stock.
