I use it for a Ruger SR9 ...

I use it for a Ruger SR9 (nominal 4.14" barrel) at 4-5 o'clock, for relatively short periods of time, and it fits very well and comfortably. I debated whether to buy this or the 3-4" medium frame model, since I regard this more as a medium frame gun, but it fits this model so well that I suspect the other would have been too tight/small. In fact, it is very compfortable to wear as other reviewers have documented. It is very thin and soft, but does not project the gun's impression to the body. The retention strap is a bit bulky when fitted per instructions, but can be reasonably easily modified to correct that. The material seems durable enough, but it may may take to gun oil well so I keep oil off the exterior of the gun. The clip has not proven all that stable for me. Without a belt it is prone to wobble and coming out with the gun. Don't know if it is function of the pants I wear. I have to use a fairly tight belt over the clip to guarantee stability. This helps disguise the clip, but I would have preferred a J-hook clip. It may not last forever, but it is great value for the intended use.
