The Competition Match trigger features a three-hole serrated aluminum pad in a matte silver finish with overtravel adjustment screw and a blue steel bow. Includes trigger, set screw and Allen wrench. Minor fitting will be required.

I tried this trigger on ...

I tried this trigger on my Springfield Mil-Spec. It's a nice trigger, but there were a few things I noticed that are making me try another trigger now.1.) The rivet holes in the back of the trigger show while installed, which is an eye sore2.) The trigger was actually smaller than my stock trigger (by .002" in height and .001" in width), so it dropped in, but there was almost as wiggle as with the stock trigger.3.) The edges are razor sharp, when test firing the pistol it felt like I was cutting my fingers on the trigger. Sure you can break that edge, but still.Overall, it's still a good trigger for the price, just be aware of those issues before you buy.

Good product once fitted. ...

Good product once fitted. However, required considerable fitting on a Springfield and a Colt. Also, the packaging allows the bow to be bent before arrival. Other than the "no fitting required," this trigger performs as described.

I bought this for my ...

I bought this for my Springfield mil-spec. Its height is about 3/16", too short so it flops around a bit. I like the longer length and the overall feel better than the factory trigger but its height is undersized for my gun's frame. I'm going to try another trigger.

looks good when polished,took very little bending/fitting to get to fit proper. Remember to put in a mag to test fit before putting everything back together.

Installed in a Colt and ...

Installed in a Colt and in a Norinco. I had to file the sides a touch for the Norinco(Chinese clone) Factory trigger had over 1/8" take up and rough sear engagement. This one has virtually no creep or take up and is smooth as silk.

This Trigger was ...

This Trigger was installed in a Colt Delta Elite. It was a drop in fit and a great improvement over the stock trigger. It gave the gun a nice crisp, tight feel and it has an overtravel adjustment. This trigger is well worth the price. Be advised that trigger installation should be performed by someone that is experienced, as the pistol needs to be extensively disassembled for installation.

This unit was a drop in ...

This unit was a drop in fit for Gov't Series 70. The rivet holes in the back, show when installed and the result is not pleasant to the eye. I would not recommend the Wilson because of the pin holes in the back, the trigger is too long and I learned that fitting an oversized trigger is a better way to go.

I own a Springfield ...

I own a Springfield Armory Mil-Spec 1911. This trigger is a nice improvement over the factory trigger, which was too short for my hand. It was a drop-in replacement, and works perfectly. Highly recommended.
