The UltraDot Red Dot Sight is ideal for a number of applications. It is compact and lightweight making it well suited for use on a handgun for either target shooting or hunting. The sight is also extremely rugged, capable of handling the most powerful recoil. The 4 MOA dot features adjustable brightness via an 11 position rheostat, allowing for use from dawn until dusk. Nice scope. At first I ...

Nice scope. At first I thought the dot was not round, until I changed to a different pair of glasses then the dot was clearly round. The only thing I found amiss was the hex wrench sent with it doesn't fit the rings that came with the scope. The polarizing filter that comes with it is a major plus, I do recommend this scope.

After reading reviews of other red dot sights, I decided to settle for one that is Made in Japan. However, I was slightly disappointed when I saw that the dot was not round, it was more like a comma. My other choice was the Tasco PDP3, but it was out of stock, and I could not wait.

Ultradot scopes are the best red dot scope EVER!!! I have three that work great all the time no matter what magnum I feed them. I have one dead one that died after 18 years of service and I am going to have it rebuilt. It's an old friend.
