Affordable, reusable "full-block" Surefire EP5 Sonic Defenders Max utilize a soft, adjustable, triple-flanged stem to seal the ear canal and block out potentially harmful sounds, providing an impressive Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 26dB. EP5s are an excellent choice for industrial, tactical, and general applications where maximum protection against continual noise levels is desired and the ability to hear ambient sounds or conversations is not a priority. Made from soft but durable, hypoallergenic polymer and featuring the patented EarLock system for unparalleled retention and a proper fit every time, EP5s provide all-day comfort and extended product life (3 to 6+ months, depending on usage and care). Their low profile allows them to be worn with a mask, helmet, or supplemental hearing muffs, as well as makes them more comfortable for sleeping. EP5s are available in three sizes: small, medium, and large, with mediums fitting most adults.
