Junk. Mine worked only ...

Junk. Mine worked only once, when it was brand new. The second time I tried to use it, the batteries were dead. Also, the yellow-green light makes it hard to see if the bore is clean.

This light works well ...

This light works well illuminating the bore in my .50 muzzleloader as well as shotguns and .44 and .45 caliber revolvers. It was a little tricky to put together as the instructions do not tell you to put the batteries in the little plastic sleeve but to leave the diode outside the sleeve. My only real complaint is that I wanted it for my .36 caliber muzzleloader but it is too big. Looks like a .45 is the smallest muzzleloader it will fit.

Pro: It lights up the bore very well and not too bright.Con: Dosn't light up the breech plug (which I knew it wouldn't).

This light emits a ...

This light emits a Yellow-Green light. The bore looks the same after cleaning as it does before??? A white light would show copper, rust and powder fowling better than this.
