This polymer ankle holster features a molded body for a secure fit. Wide ankle band keeps the gun close to the ankle while providing support and comfort. Right hand draw attaches to the left ankle.
Material: Injection-molded plastic holster, nylon leg strap

Note: Firearm is retained by molding in the holster which captures the trigger guard. There is no external safety strap.

This holster is really nice but even better is the customer service at MidwayUSA. They ship items incredibly quickly and keep you up to date. I recently purchased an item from one of MidwayUSA's competitors (OpticsPlanet) as it was a few dollars cheaper and I will never make that mistake again. A month after my purchase I was still waiting for the item to arrive and their customer service wasn't helpful with the problem at all. MidwayUSA ships immediately and tells you up front if an item is backordered. Bottom line, MidwayUSA is the only online company I'll order my shooting supplies from.

The Fobus Ankle Holster for the J-Frame 357 and 38 special is without a doubt the very best ankle holster I have found thus far! This holster is comfortable, durable, high quality, and most important, keeps my Smith J-frame, 38 or 357 where it belongs; concealed. I find it is especially suited to fit over calf high lace-up type boots and is totally concealed under Levi boot cut jeans. And I do suggest boot cut or any cut of pants that affords some extra room at the ankle when choosing an ankle holster. One more best feature here is the way Fobus has cocked the plastic holster portion of the rig forward just enough so the grip of the revolver is more in line vertically with the muzzle and not poking out to the rear. This is the kind of quality I have come to expect from Fobus.

I used this holster on duty for several years. It always stayed were I wanted it and it never lost my weapon. The only thing I can say is that it needs to have a heavy (duty) boot to hold to/on (in my exp) this is not for slippers or tennis-shoes... great product.

I use the holster as a back-up piece on a security job. Revolver fit is very good. Comfort could be improved with a calf strap and slightly more padding. As is it does the job the very well.

The most comfortable and convientent way I have found to carry concealed with minimal worries about my gun unconcealing itself. The Galco product is comfortable, stays in place, and of very high quality.
