I bought 4 of these a while back and just got time to install one of them. I will agree with the review above, that states that they are not as bright as I thought/hoped they would be. But that being said, they are easy to install (I had one of mine installed in 2-3 minutes at most) and could be the difference between you and the other person in a home defense case. I would have no problem with turning some one on to this product, as I have a few of their products, love them all, are quality, well made etc. All and all, you can't go wrong with this product or anything I've purchased from midway so far. Be Safe out there.

This is the first illuminated sight I've ever bought or had on a gun of any kind in my life and I've owned quite a few guns. This sight makes all the difference and is exactly what I was looking for. When I turn the lights off in a dark room there's more than enough glow to see the sights, but not so much that it's going to give away my position. I think they got the balance just right. The front sight post is a little wider than a standard post would be, but it's still well worth it. I have no regrets and I will buy more of these.

I replaced my stock AR-15 sight post (which I spray painted bright orange) with this 1. It works great! Of course my spray painted 1 was good until I started using a red dot and then I couldn't see the post. This XS Sight is definately worth the money when you're out on the range in the middle of the day! Buy it, you'll love it.

Easy to install, very bright, big improvement over stock front sight. First look in the dark and it paid for itself. Works great in the day as well. Was surprised that it didn't have a notch for the front sight pin to click into, but so far, not a big deal.

I bought one of these before and love it due to the white contrast that is easily picked up in bright light. The tritium works good too, but not the main reason I got this product.

Easy to install and works well, but not as bright as I thought it would be (you can really only see the tritium in near complete darkness). Still a big improvement over the standard post. It's also a little pricey for what it is.
