These are not well made. ...

These are not well made. The bottom brass base separates from the thin blue plastic and then cracks the bottom causing the base to fall out. This would not make a good training round as they are way too fragile.

These snap caps are very ...

These snap caps are very nice to look at and the theory behind them appears to be sound but after a few "firings" the plastic cases crack andthe bases and spring mechanism falls out. 5 of the 6 that I purchased failed after approximately a dozen uses. The design concept appears to be a good one but the materials of choice, primarily the plastic shell is of poor quality. A more robust polymer such as polycarbonate should have been used and the walls molded a little thicker. Good design-poor execution.
