If you're looking for a magazine release that extends slightly farther than your factory release, but you don't want a button or paddle, try Wilson Combat's Tactical Magazine Release which extends only 1/16 of an inch farther than the factory part. This magazine release provides extra length for positive magazine changes, but without being too long for carry. Magazine Release lock and spring not included. May require minor fitting.
