These paddle holsters are excellent quality and a great value. The design does not require a belt and can be attached or removed in seconds. Carefully molded polymer bodies mean excellent retention without the need for an external safety strap.

Technical Information

Fits:

Firearms listed in product description only, Fobus holsters are molded to fit a particular firearm or series using the same size frame.

Notes:

Paddle is designed to be worn inside belt or inside pants. Paddle has molded protrusions which will fit under belt and help hold paddle in place.

Holster is riveted to paddle.

Holster molding itself secures the firearm by the trigger guard. There is no external safety strap.

Roto paddle is adjustable. The holster can be rotated on the paddle to allow carry at an angle, muzzle forward or reversed.

It's not a bad holster ...

It's not a bad holster but you get what you pay for. I should have gone with the model with the tension adjustment but I didn't see it prior to ordering. Upon arrival, I inserted my model 27 in the holster then tried to remove it but could not. It took two people to get the gun out. I took the above advice concerning the hair dryer and nickles. It worked, final coin count: 8 nickles and a dime. All things considered, I can't recommend this particular holster.

I find the Fobus paddle ...

I find the Fobus paddle holsters as "the only way to go" if your looking for something that's light weight, well built, comfortable and highly affordable. I have purchased numerous Fobus revolver and auto holsters over the years and use this particular model to tote either my Glock 26 or 22 for off-duty use or in the deer woods. Although this holster is not equipped with any "anti-snatch" security devices as seen on my duty holsters, the friction fit is more than sufficient for typical field use. I've run, raced down bumpy ATV trails, climbed trees and hung almost upside down while hanging stands without worry that the weapon would come loose.Of the many Fobus paddle holsters I own, only one very early revolver model had a less than perfect fit. I really don't feel there's a better buy out there and Midway carries a huge selection.

This is junk. It is so ...

This is junk. It is so tight that it is impossible to draw the weapon without ripping the holster off your side along with it, if it will come out at all.No need for a safe, put your gun in this thing and nobody will be able to get it out to fire it.

Great product. Very ...

Great product. Very lightweight. Not fancy, but very functional. Carries high on your hip, comfortably. Positive click when holstering. Conceals easy with a long shirt or jacket. I've had mine for about 4 years and it still works great.

I've uses this holster ...

I've uses this holster for about eight years for CCW/off duty carry and I have nothing but good to say about it. I have a nicer leather belt holster but I would end up just not carrying a gun because I didn't want to put on a belt or it was too much hassle. This holster holds the gun well and keeps it from coming out on accident but releases fast when needed. It does require a sharp upward draw but this is how I was taught to draw from all holsters. The design makes it easy to put on and off and yet the holster stays put when you draw. Apparently there are some who think it holds the gun too tight but I've never heard this complaint from the many officers I know who use this holster daily. Inserting it is easy but deliberate too. I don't think this is the best holster in the world but you can spend a lot more and not be sure to get a better one.

Eric Farmer was right. This holster is not an ideal for CC (you and I would be dead before we could make a draw). Once you got your pistol in, its already in a dead lock. You won't be able to draw and probably never will w/o ripping off your belt. It's as hard as opening a world's stiffest old pickle jar. Would better off with a Serpa holster.

I've been using/abusing ...

I've been using/abusing one of these since Fobus came to the US market. It's been worn daily for years, and through the long Texas summers (May-October), drenched in sweat all day long. I can't believe the rivets haven't rusted through. No matter what type activity or position I've been in (even crawling around under my vehicles on pavement or dirt), it has NEVER worked it's way off my pants, like many do, and the pistol has NEVER popped out, like many do. It is easy on and easy off like a paddle holster is supposed to, and the draw is an excellent balance of ease and positive retention. Works for both my G27 and G23. This is a BEST BUY!

This holster works great. ...

This holster works great. Mine was a little tight at first too. This is easy to fix with a blow dryer. Just brace open the trigger guard area and apply a little hot air. (I used 7 stacked nickels) Now I have the tension I want.
