looks to be good quality. make sure to check your forend length my was 6 3/4in which requires a special forend nut to get it to attach. youll need a hogue #05020. so i cant attest to the quality yet as I'm still waiting for the special nut to come in. hope this helps. also this works with the tacstar 6 shell side mount, just the right size

I kind of scratched my ...

I kind of scratched my head on this because it was a Promag part, but since it wasn't a magazine and it had a nice price on it, I gave it a whirl. The forend is nice and sturdy. I have no doubts that it will hold up over time. I had to do a little file work to get it to fit properly, but I'd rather have to do that and have a nice tight fit over a sloppy fit any day. The included tool is a nice touch! I'm still not a fan of their magazines, but Promag's aftermarket parts are hard to beat!

Just got the forend this ...

Just got the forend this evening. Just a few minutes later it was installed and working great. The included wrench made it a lot easier.
