The SOG Countertop Sharpener is an extremely safe and easy to use sharpener that will change the way you sharpen your knives. The dual carbide sharpening blades are great for quickly touching up blades, and working out nicks and rolls on the cutting edge. The Countertop Sharpener has a suction cup on the bottom that is activated with pull of the lever, and it will hold to almost any smooth surface.
