My wife recently purchased a Glock 26, the innards of which are quite different then my M&P and XD. Rather than hope things went back together correctly after a detail cleaning, I picked up this guide from MidwayUSA.This book does cover ALL Glocks, from the 17 through the 36 (book is based on the 27) and was written in 2006. It does contains a lot of the same information as Glock's manual that comes with your pistol (basic take-down, magazine dis-assembly and parts identification.) It also covers receiver, firing pin and extractor take-down, identifies the tools you will need. Photographs (B&W) are very clear, making it easy to identify parts in question and understand exactly what is happening during the process.This is not the most detailed armorer's manual, but is sufficient to what I needed.For the price, it is a handy guide to keep near the workbench. Worthwhile enough that I've placed on order the Gun Guides for my Browning Buckmarks and Springfield XDs.
