This crimp starter has ...

This crimp starter has eliminated the annoying tendency of the stock plastic starter on my newer 600 Jr. to pop off on the upstroke now & then. Not as quick to change from 8 to 6 point or vice versa, but the few extra seconds are a small tradeoff.

A great product. I used ...

A great product. I used it for starting the crimp on previously unfired Activ hulls and also unfired paper hulls. It worked perfectly for the first loading. For subsequent reloads, I went back to the MEC spin starter, which is designed to work with hulls that already have a crimp memory. For anyone who has hulls that have not previously been crimped, I strongly advocate using this product.
