I have used this product ...

I have used this product under the prior name of Sheath for years, and have never seen even a hint of rust or finger printing on any of my guns. I even got away with storing a blued gun in a leather holster which is a real "don't do".The current pruduct Barrricade seems just as good without the funky smell. I prefer this product in the lighter fluid style can, just a few drops will do the job, and I keep the rags in a jar and re-wipe the gun every time I handle it.

I live just a short walk ...

I live just a short walk from the coast, and the salt air is just murder on firearms. This product is awesome! It does a great job protecting my firearms. I use it on everything from blued muzzleloaders to handguns. Way better than oil. Just use it outside because the smell is pretty bad.

I live in a very humid ...

I live in a very humid environment and have used this product for years on rifles, pistols, tools and reloading dies with no rust. One thing I have noticed when used in bores is that it does not affect first shot placement as some oils do. On the last can I bough the name had been changed to barricade.
