Product Information

The Lockdown Pistol/Handgun Hanger will hold a variety of pistols or revolvers. The wedge shape with open bottom allows the barrel to protrude through. Elastic bands and a rigid back panel provide the structure to hold guns securely in place. Utilizes the Lockdown Universal Attachment System includes hooks for carpeted interiors & magnets for metal interiors.

I own 3 of these and I like them so far. I have not tried the magnets to fasten with, so I really can't comment on that part. Although the long pins would probably work I was a bit worried about them eventually pulling the carpet away from the inner panel of my safe door. I simply pulled out my screw gun and put a screw in each top corner and they work fine. Mine are holding My Glock 34, 22 and my XDM45 4.5" with no issues. For now they are holding up good, but I wish they had a little heavier netting and elastic.

Bigger than you would ...

Bigger than you would expect from the pic, but still small. Also the net is not as thick as I would like so I am a bit worried about it stretching or tearing, which would effect is longevity. It sticks great to my safe door (carpet) and I also experimented with some of their products in other applications, such on my tool box ( Metal) my fridge and my shop door (steel), and because they all have the same attachments systems I can swap them around on any kind surface and change them locations as me needs change.

Works pretty well. With the magnets attached to my safe wall, it did not slide with a loaded P238, but will slide with some force. Good but not amazing.

I have 3 in my safes. They are great for adding slots for pistols, especially in smaller safes. I tried mine for a snub-nosed revolver, a Kel-Tec P-3AT (same size as the P-32 and the Ruger LCP), a S&W SD9 pistol, and a Walther P-22. I am concerned about using it for handguns with long barrels, since the barrel can rub on the side of my safe (metal). For smaller handguns, it works great!

I got these to utilize some of the wasted space in the safe, and they work as intended. I like the fact that they are magnetic, this gives them good flexibility and they hold smaller as well as larger handguns very well. Like other Lockdown products, for my needs they are a good value for the money.

Nice little pouch to attach to the carpeted inner side of my safe door. Easy access to my current CCW when not attached to me. Don't have to dig around inside safe to find it, quick and convenient. Hope to order a couple more, attached with long study anchor pins. Holds anything from a .380 to a 1911.
