The Bennie Cooley design maximizes the potential of the size limitation with nearly the same recoil reduction and neutrality that characterized the original JP Recoil Eliminator and is legal for high performance tactical matches. Requires fitting by a qualified gunsmith. For use with 22 Caliber or smaller only.
