This case is too small to be of real use. It will NOT fit an AR-15 A2 (with carry handle). It's just too narrow. It also won't fit any of my bolt guns equipped with glass. In the end I stuffed a Remington 597 22 cal in it with no glass.

This case is just too small/narrow.It needs to be at least another 2 inches deeper to practically swallow a bolt gun w/ glass. It needs to be about 1 to 1.5" deeper to swallow an A2 AR-15.

So unless you're casing a rifle w/ no glass, look elsewhere.

This is a nice case for the price. It does everything I want it to: transport my AR, multiple magazines, and even the .22 conversion. The locking latches sometimes are tricky and don't latch if you aren't paying attention to if the case is closed all the way (obviously). This usually only happens when I am in a hurry and all that takes is a second squeeze and they latch fine.

My Bushmaster AR came with this case the only difference was that it had the Bushy logo. I've used double sided tape to secure the foam so it doesn't move when I open the case. I found it fit the AR well with the carry handle attached but if you remove the carry handle and mount a tac. sight to the rifle it gets tight top to bottom and forget about putting the rifle in the case with a scope mounted. Luckily I use quick detach rings and my scopes hold zero when I remount them. Foam is a little thin but for the price you can afford to customize this case for a specific use. Using all four locking points it is very secure and it can take a beating. I've used mine for about 4 years now and the thing still holds up.

Bought one of these just to check it out. Hey, at this price, why not? Very good case for safely and securely transporting a long gun to the range and back. If the padding not staying put is bothersome, 2 cents worth of double sided tape does the trick. Really good for short-term storage also. Well worth the $ to me. I plan to purchase at least two more.

An inexpensive case that can securely hold you scoped rifle or shotgun comfortably. I like the fact that it has four locking points and closes securely. My only problem is the fact that thin guns can slide down when lifting the case, but for the price I think most people can afford to put an old towel underneath the foam to create a nice snug fit.

Case is ok but needs thicker padding for thin guns. Padding does not stay in place when the case is opened.
