A great bullet for competitive shooting or small and medium-sized game, these high-quality cast bullets are composed of 6% antimony, 2% tin and 92% lead with a Brinell hardness of 15. They are rated to 1600 fps without gas checks. The bullet lube is designed for use with smokeless powder, but it will work with blackpowder firearms that have barrels less than 20" long. The alloy is lab text certified before casting. Available in 100, 250, or 500 count boxes.This is not loaded ammunition.

I have been looking for a good bullet to load .357 plinking and practice rounds economically. This bullet has proved excellent when loaded at moderate velocities to prevent leading. I like them.

I chose this lighter bullet for my Ruger NewModel Bisley .357. This lead works fine in the .38 as well. Can get up to high velocities in the magnum. There were no problems at all. Great for the price. Would buy again.

Loaded 250 of these, some in .357 some in .38 i had little to no leading with these in my taurus 66. Both were loaded with moderate loads. Lots of smoke if you shoot in doors. Would use again.

Bought this bullet for target shooting with my .357 mag Taurus model 67...Excellent groups out to 25 yards. And all on a paper plate out to 75 yards. Even stretched it out to 100 yards on an empty burned up propane cylinder and was able to hear the gong 5 out of 7 times. Slight leading of the barrel though,but I may have over loaded them with too much powder..Still they will be hard to beat the price. Try a smaller package though if your interested before you buy the bigger bulk. You can always come back.Hope this helps.

Great bullet for 357 mag. Good for plinking in Ruger Gp100 4". Very Accurate. I also use this for hunting in my Marlin 1894 rifle. I managed to install a gas check groove on this bullet using my Hornady bullet puller with a 0.358 collet. Carefully insert about 1/8" of the bottom driving band of the bullet into the puller's collet fingers. Adjust the action of the puller so it reduces the bullet's diameter just enough so you can install the gas check with hand pressure. Next crimp the bullet using a Lee bullet sizer 0.358(put a little oil on the bullet shank before sizing). Presto you have a gas checked bullet. I find I can shoot this bullet to about 1800 fps in my rifle w/o leading. Accuracy is comparable to FMJ bullets at about 1.5" at 50 yds. Good bullet!!

I have shot Hunter Bullets in Cowboy Shooting (SASS) for 10 years both in 45 long colt and 38 spel and have not had any problems. they are easy to reload and shoot well

Ordered these and just reloaded 1000 rounds. This is one excellent bullet. The sizing was great and right on. The green lube used is great and stays in the groove. There is not too much of it either like some others. With the alloys added to the lead it makes a hard cast bullet that really loads and shoots well. When seating the bullet in the casing my RCBS dies did not even make a single mark on any of them. I hope Midway stocks these forever because we will be buying tons of them !!
