A great bullet for competitive shooting or small and medium-sized game, these high-quality cast bullets are composed of 6% antimony, 2% tin and 92% lead with a Brinell hardness of 15. They are rated to 1600 fps without gas checks. The bullet lube is designed for use with smokeless powder, but it will work with blackpowder firearms that have barrels less than 20" long. The alloy is lab text certified before casting. This is not loaded ammunition.

So far I have shot over ...

So far I have shot over 500 of these out of 3 different 1911's. A Springfield Armory Compact Carry, Colt Gov't and a Para Ordinance P-14. All performed without a hitch. The key is getting the OAL correct for your particular 45 ACP. I am loading them all with a Dillon 550B.These were the most accurate out of the Para Ordinance P-14.I have since ordered more. This will be my "go-to" bullet for IDPA and IPSC matches.

These bullets shot great. I loaded up 150 45 ACP with Bullseye. All shot well without one malfunction in my Taurus 1911. I will be buying more of these bullets.

I hate to disagree with ...

I hate to disagree with the above poster, but these rounds performed horribly in my Rock island Armory 1911, I loaded 200 of these for .45 APC and not one of them fired without me having to finish closing the slide manually, I found after I got home that even after fully resizing the brass, the bullets caused the brass to stretch to .005 to .007 of a inch larger than what the factory loads were. I'm not planning on using these bullets again due to these problems, but if you know something I don't, please, call me out on it.
