Product Information

A great bullet for competitive shooting or small and medium-sized game, these high-quality cast bullets are composed of 6% antimony, 2% tin and 92% lead with a Brinell hardness of 15. They are rated to 1600 fps without gas checks. The bullet lube is designed for use with smokeless powder, but it will work with blackpowder firearms that have barrels less than 20" long. The alloy is lab text certified before casting. This is not loaded ammunition.

Good load for Starline brass in 32/20 for the Nagant revolver. The brass shaves about a 1000th off when seating the bullet.

Bought these for a T/C ...

Bought these for a T/C 10" .30-20 (same as .32-20 but with a .308 bore rather than .312). Swaged them down to .309 through either a Lee or a CH4D bullet swaging die. Have noticed no issues loaded over H110, 4227, Unique or Bullseye. No leading and decent groups with all powders although my barrel seems to prefer the quicker powders like H110, and 4227. Bullseye is a tad smokey, maybe does not like the bullet lube used on these bullets. Good quality bullets looking forward to shooting something other than steel and paper with them if the opportunity presents itself. My barrel has a muzzle break, so it is not advised to shoot cast bullets with a gas check as the gas check might come off in the break and cause problems.

Ordered the 500 count and ...

Ordered the 500 count and loaded 450 of them today in new starline 32 H&R brass for use in a Ruger SP101 3" 327 FM gun. Good quality bullet. Consistent weight and size. Good lube and a good crimp grove. Worked well in the Dillon with Lee dies and a Lee Factory Crimp die. Loaded with 3.6 gr Unique they shoot high in my gun, but it is a good plinking/target load with very good accuracy. They hit hard at this load and ring steel well.

These bullets are well made. I loaded them with a mild amount of powder to a velocity of800 fps, and shot them in my Uberti revolver with 7.5" barrel. They shot right to point of aim at 20 yards. I also shot the same load in one of my Winchester model 1892's and it did a nice job at 50 yards. I am happy with this product and will reorder them for future use.

These work very well in 32-20 in both a Marlin 1894 (1991) and a Colt Army Special (1924). I cast for most everything, but these definitely got me started before I found a proper mold. It was also a good way to see if both firearms liked this shape and weight of bullet. Good choice for both rifle and revolver loads.

Haven't used them yet. Have to get a true 32-20. The Martini that was rechambered to 32-20 has a true .310 Greener sized barrel. Will use them eventually to reload 7.62 Nagant revolver. Bought proper casting mold from Midway for the Greener. The bullets are excellent.

At the same time that I ordered these bullets I also ordered 2 other bullets of the same caliber for use in a 32/20 rifle. I have used them all, somewhat interchangeably, and this one worked just as well as the others. As I recall this brand was the least expensive of the three.
