Product Information

A great bullet for competitive shooting or small and medium-sized game, these high-quality cast bullets are composed of 6% antimony, 2% tin and 92% lead with a Brinell hardness of 15. They are rated to 1600 fps without gas checks. The bullet lube is designed for use with smokeless powder, but it will work with blackpowder firearms that have barrels less than 20" long. The alloy is lab text certified before casting. This is not loaded ammunition.

Pre-lubricated lead cast bullets. Perfect for Cowboy Action Shooting, recreational shooting and even most hunting. Very reliable cast, shape, and consistent weight within 0.06 grams. Would highly recommend to anyone. As with any lead bullets, make sure you seat it straight into the case on your press, as off-center, upside down, or otherwise incorrectly inserted bullets will be cut by the casing, making it very difficult to correct.

I load these in both 45 ...

I load these in both 45 ACP and 45 Colt cases. They function great in all my guns from 1911's, P14, to Ruger Bisley with both 45 Colt and ACP cylinders. I usually load them with W-231 or HP-38 and they have proven to be very accurate as well. I highly recommend them.

I reload 45 ACP and 45 ...

I reload 45 ACP and 45 Colt. I shoot this bullet in both with no problems ever. I use trail boss for most of my reloading and I have never had more than a thread of lead in the bore after a day at the range.

Best factory cast bullet ...

Best factory cast bullet I've ever used in the .45 ACP. Super reliable and accurate. Load even with crimp groove over 3.7 grs. Hodgdon Clays and you have a mild, clean shooting and accurate practice load. I've shot thousands of these bullets without a single malfunction. Shoots great in 45 Colt too over 8.0 grs. HP-38.
