The Hornady Lock-N-Load AP Progressive Press Break-away Primer Feed Cam is a handy replacement item for your Lock-N-Load AP press. The original Primer Feed Cam installed on the press is easy to break, warp or wear out if there is something a little out of alignment in the reloading sequence. By upgrading to the Breakaway Primer Feed Cam you can avoid the frustration of having to wait for a replacement. Once this part is installed if there is something out of alignment during the reloading sequence the cam pulls apart from the cam-retainer before any damage to the cam can be done. Once the problem is fixed just reinstall the cam and continue reloading. Be prepared for anything to happen with high quality factory replacement parts. They will have your Lock-N-Load AP Progressive press loading ammunition like the day you took it out of the red box.
